This
Clothing swap 'n' shop is no ordinary event. It is an afternoon of fun,
style and entertainment. A collaboration between Teca Cameron Image Management Agency, MiltonSearch.com, Stella & Dot Independent
Stylists Teri Van
Sickle and Teca
Cameron
Exchange clothing or accessories
with other women, get style advice and tips from a local Image
Consultant/Style Coach and have a chance to check out the newest and
hottest (if we may say so ourselves) jewellery line in North America,
Stella & Dot.
WHEN:
Sunday
June 27th 2010. Swap starts @ 1:00pm (clothing drop off between 11:00am- 12:00pm)
HOW IT WORKS:
Bring
up to 5 items that are in relatively good, clean and *'swappable'
condition. Items can include clothing (casual, professional or evening
wear), clean shoes, jewellery, handbags, sunglasses or other
accessories.
Drop
off items between 11:00-12:00pm Sunday June 27th 2010. We will provide
you with a tag and a receipt for the items you dropped off. Once the
swap begins we will have a 'silent auction' for each piece. You pay with
the value ticket we give to you. Each table will be set up for bidding
and maximum bids will be established in advance.
*Swappable: means no
holes, stains, dirt marks, rips, faded clothes, dirty items. If you're
getting rid of it because it's a mess...it's not going to make the cut.
;). Swappable items are goods that you have that are gently used but you
simply don't have use for them anymore. Perhaps they are no longer your
size, or the colour just isn't right or your taste has outgrown them.
Chances are someone else will see your goods as treasure.
